KPMP 2.0 APPLICATION  REQUIRMENTS

Thank you for your interest in the Kings Patriots mentorship program KPMP cohort 2.0.

All Interested participants must have the following requirements:

KINGS PATRIOTS’ MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR AFRICA (KPMP 2.0)

Concept Note

The aim of this program (KPMP4AFRICA) is to raise 1,000 accountable and responsible Leaders/mentors across Africa on or before 2025. This mentorship program becomes necessary due to the extent of moral decadence, lack of focus, indiscipline, and misplaced priorities among young people in Africa, which is resulting in a high rate of crime such as drug abuse, banditry, violence, etc which is mostly attributed to unemployment, but we think differently.

Over the years we have discovered unemployment is just one of the symptoms, especially because of our frequent involvement with youths in Nigeria for over 7 years. We think that the root cause of the increased societal ills we experience in Africa today is because of lack of effective mentorship.

Responsibility and Accountability will remain the order of the day even during unemployability if most youths in Africa are raised with a responsibility and accountability mentality. Every nation will feel the impact of positive mentorship which would result in a healthy society despite the rate of unemployment.

We at K-patriots believe that Accountability and Responsibility in leadership are key to human empowerment and development in any nation, which can only be achieved by a suitably structured and practical mentorship scheme that will produce effective leaders.

Goal

To practically assist young people to discover themselves, align with purpose, and use their God-given abilities to attain an established life, through a structured project-based mentorship program.

Vision

To develop and establish the strongest mentorship network in Africa before 2025, that reproduce young African leaders who are accountable.
